Every day a new proxy vendor pops up and it’s becoming difficult to track every offer and be sure to spend the right budget.
The Web Scraping Club has created a spreadsheet called The Great Proxy Vendors Benchmark to guide you into this world.
You can read the data we gathered at this link, accessible to everyone.
What does the tool do:
Compares the size and the price per GB of the 4 different types of proxies typically available
It compares the price for the smallest amount of GB available to buy for every vendor
What does the tool not do, at least at the moment:
Evaluates the quality of the IPs for each vendor
Compares the cost per IP and not per GB
Evaluates the diversity in terms of subnets for each vendor
